LT-4000 Aluminum Access Door |
The LT-4000 is a lightweight aluminum access
door for walls and ceilings. With a durable design and lightweight
components, access to large openings in walls and ceilings is made easy.
The mitered aluminum frame provides an architecturally pleasing
appearance. The aluminum door panel is lined with 3/4" polystyrene
insulation. The all aluminum construction of the LT-4000 is ideal for
exterior applications, and also those specific interior applications
where corrosion or moisture is a concern. Gasketing between the door and
frame can be provided to insure an airtight fit. |

Door / Door Frame: Aluminum: .064 door and .080 frame
Flush to edge of frame, 1-5/16” mitered aluminum extrusion flange
with 1-1/2” deep mounting frame
Hinge: Doors with width 24” or less to have concealed pin hinge.
Doors with width over 24” to have continuous aluminum
piano hinge with exposed knuckle, set to open to 180 degrees.
Insulation: 3/4” Type 3 Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) Foil Lined
Insulation, with a 3.18 R Value.
Gasket: 1/8” x 3/8” closed cell neoprene gasketing
Standard Latch: Screwdriver operated cam latch
Optional Latches/Locks: cylinder lock & key
Finish: Mill finish

SF-2000 Surface Mount Access Door |
The SF-2000 is an innovative surface mounted
access door for all types of walls and ceilings. The door panel features
rounded safety corners providing an architecturally pleasing
appearance. An exposed continuous piano hinge allows the door panel to
open to 175 degrees. The SF-2000 is the ideal choice for all
applications. The mounting holes in each corner of the frame allow for
easy installation. Since there is no frame to extend into the wall or
ceiling, the SF-2000 is perfect for access to odd size openings. |

ADWT Airtight/Watertight Access Door |
The ADWT is a flush access door that has been
tested for air infiltration and water penetration. The Door and frame
are fully welded and gasketed. This access door is ideal for use in
laboratories, clean rooms, operating rooms, etc. where an
airtight/watertight seal is required. Standard in type 304 stainless
steel with a #4 satin polish. Prime coated Steel is also available. |

AS-9000 Fully Gasketed Access Door |
The AS-9000 is a fully gasketed access
door, designed for use in walls and ceilings. The formed door panel,
with a concealed hinge, and closed cell neoprene gasket, provides for a
tight fit. Most popular in stainless steel, with a #4 satin polish, this
door is also available in prime coated steel. This door is commonly
used in clean rooms, laboratories, operating rooms, etc.
Please note that although being fully gasketed, the AS-9000 has not been tested for air penetration.

The WD-8000 Walk Through Access Door is
designed to provide convenient walk through access to duct work
interiors and air handling units. The heavy duty construction, along
with a continuous hinge and compression handles provide for low leakage
in low to medium pressure systems and plenums.
