DW-5015 Recessed Access Door |
The DW-5015 recessed access door
is designed for flush installation in drywall surfaces when it is
required to conceal the door panel, which is recessed 5/8" to receive
drywall. The flange of the door is a textured galvanized steel taping
bead with pre-punched holes. Drywall compound is applied over the
beading at the same time the drywall joints are finished. |

DW-5058 Recessed Drywall Panel Door |
The DW-5058 is designed to provide access in walls and ceilings,
while maintaining an invisible, architecturally pleasing appearance.
This door is standard with a touch latch feature. Designed to
accommodate 5/8" drywall, the frame can be reversed to accommodate 1/2"
drywall.

DW-5058 Access Door Specifications:
Door: .080 aluminum extrusion with 5/8” drywall inserted into door panel
Door Frame: .080 aluminum extrusion recessed to provide similar edge to drywall bead to allow
for finishing of wall or ceiling surface.
Hinge: Spring loaded hinge pin allows door panel to open to 90 degrees, and also allows for
door panel to be removed from frame. Safety chain installed on door & frame for safety.
Standard Latch: Concealed Touch Latches
Optional Latches/Locks: Screwdriver operated cam latch, allen head cam latch, spanner head
cam latch, cylinder lock & key.
Finish: Mill Finish. Drywall is ready to be finished to match surrounding wall or ceiling surface.

AP-5010 Recessed Access Door |
The AP-5010 recessed access door is designed for use in acoustical
plaster walls and ceilings. The door is recessed 5/8" and is lined with
self-furring lath. An expansion casing bead with 3" wide galvanized
lath, included as part of the frame, provides a clean, tight finish
between the frame and plaster and also adds reinforcement. |
