Shipping Information
Some shipments may be too large, heavy, or fragile for standard package services and require LTL freight carriers. Victory Construction Products LLC is not responsible for damages during shipment. Upon delivery, the driver will provide a receipt for you to sign, acknowledging that the goods have arrived in acceptable condition. Any damages or shortages must be noted on this receipt, as claims cannot be made without it.
Freight shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the “ship-to” address. No discounts apply to freight shipments. For a freight quote, please contact Customer Service. Shipping rates provided on our website are for the Continental United States only. For shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or international destinations, please request a quote.
Carriers will contact you prior to delivery. If they cannot reach you within 3 to 5 business days, storage fees of $75.00 per week will apply. Suppose contact is not made within the allotted time. In that case, the product will be returned to Victory Construction Products LLC , and any applicable storage, return freight, and restocking fees will be deducted from any refund issued.
Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally, packages are returned to us, and we handle them based on the circumstances, such as:
- Insufficient Address: If a package is returned due to an “undeliverable address” label, we will verify the shipping information in our system and contact you for clarification if any details are missing or incorrect.
- Refusal: If a package is refused, it will be processed as a return and subject to a 20% restock fee. For returns, please contact our customer service team.
Returns & Refunds
Victory Construction Products LLC accepts returns within 30 days of purchase for unused items only. Most items are subject to a 35% restock fee. To initiate a return, you must email us for approval.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Items that are custom-made or non-standard sizes are non-returnable.
