Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, unused items only. Most items carry a 35% restocking fee. Custom or non-standard sizes are non-returnable. Email for approval before returning any item; the customer pays return shipping. Refused or undeliverable packages incur a 20% restocking fee and are processed as returns.
