HD-5070 "Hinged" Duct Access Doors |
Duct Access Doors are designed to provide
convenient, economical access to duct components. The insulated door
panel, along with the gasketing between the door and frame assures a
tight seal without obstruction in the air system. Duct access
doors are available in either hinged (HD-5070) or double cam (CD-5080)
construction. |

• 5/8” notched knock over tabs on the inside of the frame
provide for easy installation
• These doors are designed for use in LOW to medium pressure up to 3” static W.G.

Door: 24 gauge galvanized steel,double panel

Insulation: Door panel filled with 2" fibreglass insulation (7.7 R factor),
compressed into 1".
Gasketing: 1/8" thick by 1/2" wide closed cell neoprene gasketing between
door and frame and also between frame and duct

GDD Grease Duct Access Door |
The GDD is a UL and ULC listed access door
for installation into grease ducts. The 16 gage steel construction along
with the high temperature resistant gasket and sealant allows this door
to be grease tight and airtight. This door meets or exceeds
requirements of all mechanical codes.

CD-5080-HP Duct Access Doors For High Pressure Ducts
|
Duct Access Doors for High Pressure Ducts are
designed to provide convenient, economical access to high pressure
ducts. These doors are for use in high pressure ducts up to 8" static
pressure. Pressure rated to 8" W.G. with leakage no greater than 2 CFM
per sq. ft. or less. The 5/8" notched knock over tabs on the inside of
the frame provide for easy installation.
When required, doors can
be made out of aluminum or stainless steel. Other options include: duct
doors for fiberglass duct board, duct doors with vision panels, walk in
doors and access doors for round ducts. |

Pressure rated to 8” W.G. with leakage no greater than 2 CFM per sq. ft. or less.
