Halliday Products W1S Aluminum Channel Frame Floor Door/Hatch

The W1S series is a single door, channel framed access cover with 300 lb. psf (1464 kg psm) load rating. Units are supplied with spring assists and with a continuous neoprene gasket that significantly reduces odor omissions. Please see the drawing page for standard features. The W1S series is ideal for casting into pump station top slabs directly above submersible pumps in locations where odor suppression is desirable. The channel frame acts as a gutter to capture water run off and divert it away from the interior of the vault. Although the unit is not 100% water tight, it should be used when water intrusion or odor suppression is a determining factor.
